Office Space improves occupancy for first time in almost 3 years!

According to property research firm Reis Inc., during the fourth quarter of 2010 the amount of occupied space increased by 2.5 million square feet in the U.S. At the same time rents rose by 0.2%, to $22.09 per square foot.

This is great news for the Kansas City Office Space market as well as the rest of the economy.
